Qingdao Core Plant: Commissioned in 2008, the plant covers an area of 400 mu and features a Phase I facility spanning 55,000 square meters. It is equipped with fully integrated production lines for refrigerated trailers, dry-van trailers, complete vehicle assembly, and refrigerated container assembly, with a single-shift capacity of 5,000 units per year. The plant employs 400 staff members.

Indiana, USA Plant: Located in Monon, in the north-central United States, this facility was completed and commissioned in December 2009. It covers a floor area of 5,000 square meters, has a daily production capacity of 12 units, and an annual capacity of 2,200 units. The plant serves the central and eastern regions of the U.S., as well as central Canada—areas where demand for refrigerated trailers is most concentrated.

U.S. California Plant: Located in Moreno Valley, California, this facility was completed and commissioned in September 2013. It covers a floor area of 8,400 square meters, with a daily production capacity of 10 units and an annual capacity of 1,800 refrigerated semi-trailers. The plant primarily serves the U.S. West Coast and Mexican markets.

Ontario, Canada Plant: Located in the Sarnia region of Ontario, Canada, construction commenced in 2020. The facility covers approximately 15,000 square meters, with a total investment of about US$3.3 million. Annual production is expected to reach 2,599 refrigerated semi-trailers, primarily serving markets in Canada and the U.S. Midwest and East.
